A Time for Sharing…

The film captures thoughts participant’s past reflections during MHA Enfield’s fortnightly podcast sessions. Participants consider advice they would share with their 25 year old selves.

…And Time for Tea!

Creative Writing

As part of Niburu’s ongoing collaboration with MHA North London, this presentation shares creative writing from members of One to One, supported by MHA Volunteers.

Writing in the Park

The One to One / MHA Creative Writing Project took the session to Enfield Town Park, enjoying an afternoon’s creativity in summer sunshine and natural surroundings.

All the Fun of the Fair!

Members of MHA North London enjoyed a Summer Carnival. The afternoon began with some carnival arts and crafts and participants made their very own masks, adorned with feathers and Jewells. A lovely lunch was then enjoyed, followed by a group quiz with questions based on all things summer! (Do you know how much the percentage of water is in a watermelon?!) After the quiz, prizes were given to the 3 best dressed guests, followed by a lovely disco with music provided by MHA friend Victor. It was a lovely afternoon filled with fun, feathers and food!
